28th Jockey Club Elite Coaches Conference
The annual Jockey Club Elite Coaches Conference, jointly organized by the Hong Kong Coaching Committee and All-China Sports Federation and funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, has been successfully launched since 25th January. In view of the COVID-19, the Conference was conducted adapting the mode of video presentations viewing on online learning platform. Top experts from China and Hong Kong showed their recorded video presentation on the theme “Controlling the Spread of Infectious Diseases in Sport”. Striving to nurture more elites, around 310 coaches from 45 sports were attracted to participate.

Professor Yung Shu-hang Patrick, JP, shared his precious experiences on COVID-19 & Sports Medicine - Medical Consideration and Contributions with coaches.
Dr. Lee Chi-wo, Daniel provided a profound sharing on the Hong Kong experience in resuming normal elite sports training.
During the presentation on Securing Elite Athletes’ Health under Normalized COVID-19 and Returning to International Events, Dr. Zhan Hui enabled coaches to understand the accomplishment of China in related work.
