This year, the Hong Kong Coaching Committee, in collaboration with the Hong Kong Basketball Association and the Hong Kong Football Association Limited will organize the SCAP on these two sporting events during 30 October - 13 December 2008. The Programme aims to provide school teachers with the opportunity to obtain formal training and accreditation in coaching. Last year, more than 250 teachers have participated in the Programme.

Note: Upon successful enrollment, teachers who fulfill the Hong Kong Coaching Committee's requirements for the "Exemption of the Sports-General Theory" can apply for the exemption of the SCAP's Sports-General Theory Course by 17 October 2008 (Friday).
