2017 Hong Kong International Sports Medicine Symposium
The 2017 Hong Kong International Sports Medicine Symposium will be held on 29-30 Sep 2017 at the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI). The symposium is jointly organized by the HKSI, Hong Kong Association of Sports Medicine and Sports Science, Hong Kong College of Emergency Medicine, Hong Kong College of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and Dept of Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
The theme of the Symposium is Sport Injury – From Emergency Care to Rehabilitation. The Symposium aims to meet the needs of audience with diversified background by covering both professional and community-related aspects. It offers a variety of new and cutting edge on field emergency care techniques and approaches to clinical treatment, combined with overviews of current practice in rehabilitation management. The presentations will be conducted in English while the workshops will be conducted in Cantonese only.
The Hong Kong Coaching Committee has approved 10 CCE hours for attending 29-30 Sep 2017 programme, for renewal as accredited coaches. CCE hours for separate sections are listed as follows:

- Main Symposium: 6.58 CCE hours
- Special Lunch Session: 0.75 CCE hour
