The 2018 AFSM Biennial Congress cum HKASMSS 30th Anniversary Sport Medicine Conference will be held at the Hong Kong Sports Institute during Nov 30 – Dec 2, 2018.  The symposium is organized by The Asian Federation of Sports Medicine (AFSM), Hong Kong Association of Sports Medicine and Sports Science (HKASMSS), and co-organized by Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) and The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Department of O&T, CUHK).

The theme of the Conference is “Sports Medicine for Excellence in Wellness and Performance”. The joint conference would provide a unique opportunity for attendees to gain the latest knowledge in different aspects of sports medicine and sports science, including sports injury prevention and management, sports nutrition, performance enhancement etc.

The Hong Kong Coaching Committee has approved CCE hours for attending the programme, for renewal as accredited coaches. CCE hours for separate sections are listed as follows:

30 Nov 2018 (14:00-18:00): 225 mins

Main Conference:

1 Dec 2018 (09:00-17:30) and

2 Dec 2018 (09:00-12:30): 10 hours
