The Jockey Club Continuing Coach Education Programme - Periodization: Progressively leading to success has been successfully held on 29 October (Thur) from 1930-2200 at online video conferencing. Miss Lo Ka Kay and Miss Chan Yue Yan, Senior Sports Science Officers of HKSI have shared their precious experiences and cases in planning the periodization training for athletes, followed by a fruitful group discussion session on training plan for ideas exchange.
