The 21st Elite Coaches Seminar will be held on Saturday, 7 December 2013 in HKSI Main Building. This is an annual event jointly organised by the Hong Kong Coaching Committee and the All-China Sports Federation.

The theme for this year's Seminar is "Physiological Conditioning of Elite Athletes". We are very honoured to have renowned professionals from China and Hong Kong sharing their expertise with us at the Seminar.
